    Family First: Blissed Out Art

    Harvey B. Gantt Center

    12 PM

    COST: $10

Our Blissed Out Art workshop is a family-friendly art experience where creativity meets mindfulness to position the new year!

We kick off the session by setting a mantra for the day, followed by a soothing guided meditation and breathwork to set the tone. You will have time to reflect on the mantra and gather inspiration before diving into your art-making journey.

In this workshop, participants create their own unique mixed-media art piece, layering materials, exploring color theory, and designing the perfect composition. With step-by-step guidance, learn how to place and glue down your elements, engage in mark-making, and add personal embellishments.

By the end of this hands-on session, you'll walk away with your own intuitive artwork to brighten up your living space or share as a meaningful gift! Plus, participants develop skills in meditation, visualization, intuitive art-making, and basic design principles.

Don't miss this opportunity to relax, create, and connect with yourself through art. Reserve your spot today and let your creativity flow!
